You should know that if you buy something from us and when it arrives you find that you don't love it, we will take back and refund your money. Tell us straightaway, send it back quickly and carefully (ideally with the same packaging it came with), and we'll refund as soon as it arrives. Our customers are usually really, really happy with their purchases and most of them come back for more.

Much of our feedback says that our glass is even better than the photos. We try very hard with the photos but it's difficult to make them as good as real life.
